Gemini Magazine is an independent, online journal established in 2009. We publish fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, memoirs, short plays, experimental work and more. We hold three annual contests for poetry, short stories, and flash fiction. Work from Gemini has appeared in Best of the Net and Best Small Fictions.

If you like what you see in Gemini, consider joining us as a volunteer reader. Reading for us can be fun, and you can learn a lot by evaluating the work of new and experienced writers from around the world. Duties may also include occasional proofreading, though this is not a requirement.

The time commitment varies, but should average around four to six hours per week, more if you wish! At present these are unpaid positions.

If interested, send resume or a few words about yourself to editor@gemini-magazine.com. Volunteer readers must be at least 18 years of age.

Thank you!
